The Separation of Truth and Lies in the Bible

Cohane Michael Ben Levi, priest, and Hebrew scholar
Israelites and Jews: the Significant Difference is about the differences in belief, practice and perception of two distinct groups of people - who claim the same heritage. God the Black Man, and Truth
Ben Ammi
Every soul on the planet would benefit from reading this book. I read it eight years ago and my life has never been the same. There's something about Ben Ammi's words that are just not debatable. Once you hear absolute truth, you'll recognize it immediately, because it's provable and knowable...it's not mythical.

Forgotten Israelites

Forgotten Israelites
Shadrock -
This book contains Biblical proof, revealing the cause of the Blackman's Downfall. It gives spiritual instructions and advice on how to regain and retain self respect and honor. A book for everyone but especially for the Blackman and Black woman in America.  The Forgotten Israelites reaches in the very depths of your emotion, both as a spiritual person, and as a woman. It also reminds the man of his own spiritual roots, and reveals the connection between the child of slavery and the child of Israel. Another masterpiece by the authority "Shadrock". It gives spiritual instructions and advice on how to regain and retain self respect and honor. A book for everyone but especially for the Blackman and Black woman in America.

Sample CoverIsraelites So-called Negroes
Bernard Hooks;
Passion of Christ or Passion of the Negro, which is it that you seek truth or entertainment? Could the Negro in America be the prophetic reality of what was foretold to happen to the Son of God? Could the suffering the Negro endured in his history be the reflections of reasoning why his life has shown great pain? The prophetic record of the Bible says in Exodus 4:22 the Nation of Israel was God's Son his first born, further it goes on to say in the book of Isaiah 49:6 that this Nation Israel not individual person would be the salvation unto the end of the earth. In the Hebrew Yehoshua means YAH´s (God) salvation. Israel has been called the anointed, which the Hebrew meaning is Messiah. In the Jesus story of the Bible it mentions Christ suffering long hours hanging on the cross, has it been forgotten the many days the Negro hung on trees throughout America?

The African Origin of Modern Judaism:
From Hebrews to Jews

Jose V. Malcoln;
"This book deals with an aspect of human history and experience often suppressed or misrepresented. It raises the question: Who are the Jews and what is their proper place in history? Mr. Malcioln presents to his readers a much more convincing answer than that of other authors better known than he." -Dr. John Henrik, Clarke, author of Africans at the Crossroads

"[Dr. Malcioln] demonstrates the relationship between Black Hebrews and White Jews, Arabic-speaking Africans and Arabs. [This book] is important for members of all monotheistic religions that originated in the same region to understand their own ancient beginnings and their ancestral ties to each other. History as it relates to the common origin of man, without self-serving revisions by European historians, is not a subject most publications and bookstores are prepared to handle." -Amsterdam News, New York.

Book CoverAncient Mysteries of Melchizedek
Nabi Moshe Y. Lewis

The Ancient Mysteries of Melchizedek will change your life from sickness to health, poverty to riches, despair to hope, sadness to joy, anger to peace through learning The Mysteries of the Holy Name (YHWH) and its role and usage in Prayer, Invocation and Praise; the Power and Usage of Positive Thought, Mediation and Affirmation; A metaphysical understanding of the Body as an Electro-chemical Plant, Healing and Fasting. Also, history and last day prophecy from the Dead Sea Scrolls about the Ancient King Priest of Salem, Melchizedek, his mission and role.

The Messiah and the End of This World -
In this work Ben Ammi destroys the deception and myth concerning the Messiah, Jesus and the Second Coming. Far from the fairy tale doctrine accepted by the majority of the world, Ben Ammi presents a real and concrete understanding of who the Messiah was, is and will be, His coming and His relationship to a Messianic people. Ben Ammi masterfully traces the root of the word Messiah in the original Hebrew and explains its true meaning. Then he clearly and thoroughly charts the various translations and deceptions attached to the Messianic concept through its various incarnations in Latin, Greek and finally English. The reader is left with a firm understanding of who and what a deliverer really is, and his relationship to a holy people and ultimately the salvation of the world.

From Babylon to Timbuktu
by Rudolph R. Windsor
This carefully researched book is a significant addition to this vital fold of knowledge. It sets forth, in fascinating detail, the history, from earliest recorded times, of the black races of the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Windsor has done his research well. If anyone has any doubt, I refer him to the biblical text Deut. Chapter 28. The only group that fulfills the prophesy in this text is people of the African Diaspora. There is simply no dispute. I challenge every black American to read this book and judge for themselves. I guarantee that as you read the text, a light bulb will go off...

http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=3r03YRIAGK&isbn=1580730035&itm=3Hebrewisms of West Africa from Nile to Niger With the Jews
Joseph J. Williams;

This book is a very good collection of various accounts of people who professed to believe that varioius peoples in Africa were of Hebrew or Yisra'elee stock.

The accounts of the various customs of the Ashanti were very interesting. The story of Eldad ben-Mahli the Danite was also very insightful. The Ntora account....fascinating. The letter from the Ashanti queen mother to the queen of England concerning the Seventh Day (Shabbat) being the day of the Creator....WOW! This book really helps my research in this area. It is interesting that once I got this book, other sources started to open up to me, and to think this book was published in 1930! How has this book been overlooked for so long?

The book also does not go down the path of claiming that all Africans are Hebrews or Yisra'eleem, and does not get into a racist flare either. This book goes down the path that some or many Africans could be of Hebrew or Yisra'el stock because of the type of contact that existed in ancient times between peoples. The conclusion is very interesting also.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is seriously researching this subject of early accounts of Yisra'eleem in Africa. After reading much of this I had to proclaim, "Barukh attah Adonai Elohim Melekh ha`Olam!"

History of the Ancient Black Races

The Rescue of Jerusalem: The Alliance Between Hebrews and Africans in 701 B.C.The Rescue of Jerusalem:
The Alliance Between Hebrews and Africans in 701 B.C.

Henry Trocme Aubin;
Whereas biblical accounts attribute the Assyrian retreat to divine intervention, journalist Henry Aubin offers an explanation that is miraculous in its own light: the siege was broken by the arrival of an army from Kushite Egypt--an army, that is, made up of black Africans. These Kushites figured in historical texts, Aubin continues, until the late 19th century, when racist scholars expunged them from the record--a process that, Aubin observes, coincided with the European conquest and colonization of Africa.
The account of the long-forgotten African and Hebrew alliance that rescued Jerusalem will change the face of Jewish and African history and contribute to a fresh understanding of our world today.

Seizing on the striking similarities between the religious vision of this "heretic" pharaoh and the teachings of Moses, Sigmund Freud was the first to argue that Moses was in fact an Egyptian.

Solving the Exodus Mystery: Discovery of the True Pharoahs of Joseph, Moses, and the Exodus
Ted T. Stewart
The dynastic time tables of Egypt are misplaced. The correct dynasty matching Exodus should be the 12th dynasty which in currently accepted chronology is placed almost three and a half centuries earlier. This dynasty had its capital near Goshen, and lasted over 210 years, the same time from Joseph to Exodus. Joseph was sold a slave to Egypt and then was promoted to the Vizier of the succeeding Pharaoh. A later pharaoh at the time of the birth of Moses enslaved the Israelites. The next Pharaoh threatened to kill Moses, so Moses fled to Midian. Forty years later he returned to Egypt to face the next Pharaoh, who was Amenemhet IV.

The publisher guarantees that not one syllable has been added.

Guns, Germs, and Steel:
The Fates of Human Societies

Author: Jared Diamond;

"This book attempts to provide a short history of everybody for the last 13,000 years."

In Jared Diamond's book, Guns, Germs, and Steel, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author and UCLA professor of geography and physiology states:

“We instinctively associate Semitic peoples with the Near East. However, . . . Semitic languages really form only one of six or more branches of a much larger language family, Afro-asiatic, all of whose other branches (and other 222 surviving languages) are confined to Africa.

Even the Semitic family subfamily itself is mainly African, 12 of its 19 surviving languages being confined to Ethiopia. This suggests that Afroasiatic languages arose in Africa, and that only one branch of them spread to the Near East. Hence, it may have been Africa that gave birth to the languages spoken by the authors of the Old and New Testaments and the Koran, the moral pillars of Western civilization.

The Word: The Dictionary That Reveals The Hebrew Source of English

By Isaac Mozeson
The Word

THE WORD is out! You can hold in your hands one of the most significant books of our times. It is the most complete etymological dictionary of the English language, but it is far more than that.

THE WORD shall prove that:

  • English is ultimately from Biblical Hebrew.
  • All languages ultimately link up, and only through variations of the original, universal language (Hebrew).
  • Every word ever thought or spoken is merely a disguised form of Hebrew. Hebrew is on the tip of your tongue.
  • The primordial human language system (Hebrew) is a natural science like physics or chemistry. Only the "DNA" of Hebrew letters reveals the FL/LF element in FoLio and LeaF (synonyms) and the MN/NM in opposing NuMber words like MiNus and MaNy.
  • Even animal names have hidden, profound meanings: GIRAFFE (a presumed Italian and Arabic corruption) means "neck"; SKUNK (to English via the Algonquian Indian) means "stink" in the language ascribed to our ancestor Adam.

The Africans Who Wrote the Bible
by Nana Banchie Darkwah
This book contains the most fascinating revelations ever made about the Bible and the people of the Bible in the past two thousand years. Did you know that Jews originated from black African tribes? Did you know that Jesus and the people of the Bible were black people? Did you know that the names of authors of the Old Testament are African tribal names? Did you know that modern Jews still carry tribal names. Did you know that the word Israel is an African word? These are some of the ancient secrets this book reveals to readers.

They were indeed the lost tribe, tracing their ancestry to King Solomon and the queen of Sheba. Then in May 1991, these Ethiopian Jews staged a miraculous exodus. With Ethiopia exploding around them in brutal civil war, some fourteen thousand Falashas were safely airlifted to Jerusalem by the Israeli air force over the course of twenty-five harrowing hours.

This version is of fundamental importance both in terms of the influence it has exerted on Ethiopian life and culture and as one of the daughter versions of the Greek Old Testament, yet much remains unknown about it. The majority of the book is devoted to a study of the mode of translation, to translation technique.

The Classic Slave Narratives
Henry Louis, Jr. Gates; These autobiographical narratives are the first texts in which black slaves began to proclaim themselves as human beings. The literature forms an intriguing personal tapestry, encompassing varied stories but inevitably depicting the horrors of human bondadge.

Remembering Slavery: African Americans Talk About Their Personal Experiences of Slavery and Emancipation - Ira Berlin;Two projects begun independently and presented together here provide chilling witness to slavery's persistent legacies. Transcripts of 124 former slaves interviewed in the 1920s and 1930s are accompanied by recently restored recorded interviews that have languished in the Library of Congress since

The Black Hebrew MurderThe Black Hebrew Murder
by Ann Pearson

An unpopular white professor of English at a multi-ethnic urban university is garroted in his office; at the same time, a gay white man seeking an Hispanic student, a former lover, is stabbed in the parking lot. Eugene Gates, African-American professor English, comes across the body in the office. Seeing a racially inflammatory note nearby, he snatches it up on impulse, therby removing the seeming evidence that a black man killed a white man. Or was the professor killed because he'd just purchased some letters proving that the original founder of the Black Muslims, a Detroit man named W.D. Fard-who had mysteriously disappeared in the 1930's-had actually gone to Ethiopia and joined the Black Hebrews instead? Or was he killed because his current boyfriend was the former student of an overly protective school teacher, who deplored the older man's presumed exploitation of the younger man? Or was someone simply nursing a personal hurt? Or did the garroting come immediately after the stabbing, once the attacker realized he'd got the wrong man? Or was it the case of a double gay-bashing? Eugene, feeling guilty for taking the letter and thus obstructing justice, follows multiple clues and resolves the mysteries.

  Reggae Passover
Alan Eder and Friends - Alan's good taste is evident on this selection of traditional Passover songs sung in Hebrew with reggae and African-inspired rhythms. There are plenty of reggae Christmas albums but this is the first that blends 'music from the Jewish and African Diasporas'...this one-drop extended family seder evokes a sense of universal brotherhood that crosses cultural and racial divides.

The Ari Ben Moses Band: a drummer from Ghana, a Bassist from the Carribean, a Jewish blues guitarist who sounds like Hendrix and Ari ben Moses, an NYC Jew who travelled to Africa with Ijahman Levi as keyboardist and background vocalist. The band has a powerful Reggae/Rock sound. Listen online to some tracks of their CD! Or check some full-length tracks at MP3.com or Starpolish.com

King Django's Roots & Culture  This is a very unusuall reggae album as it sticks with the reggae most of the way through and you can hear elements of all sorts of genres flying about. If you're a fan of reggae music then you will love this album but strictly speaking it can appeal to anybody.  I also like the inclusion of the various instruments throughout the album. It's a great album that i was lucky to come upon and i strongly recommend anything by king django to date.

The Awakening - In "The Awakening," Queen Makedah, a dynamic new singer/writer from Jerusalem, Israel, with a velvety-rich, soul-stirring voice, sings thought-provoking & inspiring lyrics amidst an electrifying musical array that captures the groove of the Caribbean (reggae), the mystique of the East (worldbeat) and the soul of America (spanning pop, R&B, Hip Hop and Classic Soul). A Must Buy! When most of us hear the sounds of Bob Marley’s “Coming in From the Cold,” Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On,” or Earth, Wind and Fire’s “Spirit,” we can’t help but be overwhelmed by feelings of hope, inspiration, peace or just an overall ‘good feeling.’ The promulgators of Message Music have had the most far-reaching effect of all time on the minds and hearts of the world. It is the Music of Bob Marley and other legends of the 70’s generation (some of the greatest social commentators of our time), that had the greatest musical impact on Queen Makedah. Today it is Message Music that will stand as the trademark of Her writing. - Performers:  Tuviel Levi, co-writer & bass player, of Jerusalem, Israel Melchizedek Levi, percussionist, of Jerusalem, Israel

Reggae Songs of Praise, Vol. 2 Claudelle Clarke - It is wonderful to see another album that further reinforces the marriage between foundational roots reggae and contemporary Jamaican praise and worship. Although this album would not fit in the category of rustic roots or modern dancehall, it creates a safe bridge between the Church of Jamaica and the music of its culture. With this effort, Claudelle is sure to please both reggae and gospel lovers alike. It is a powerful arsenal against skeptics who insist that reggae cannot be used for the Kingdom of God.

Let My People Go : Bible Stories Told by a Freeman of Color
Pat McKissack
In this stunning achievement, the renowned husband-and-wife team sets 12 Old Testament stories in the context of early 19th-century South Carolina, illustrated with Ransome's glorious paintings. As the McKissacks state in their introduction, "The stories are timeless treasures, universally read and honored, but no group embraced the Hebrew heroes of old more than African Americans during slavery times."

Patricia Lee Gauch
PreSchool-Grade 3-Gauch retells the familiar narrative simply and directly. The cadence is good and the vocabulary is simple, for the most part; yet there are satisfying lists of animal names to roll off the tongue. What sets this version apart from others, however, are the marvelous illustrations. Green gives his paintings an African ambiance. Noah is black, and members of his family range in hue from ebony to various shades of brown to yellow.

Climbing Jacob's Ladder: Heroes of the Bible in African-American Spirituals
John Langstaff
Kindergarten-Grade 6-- Nine Biblical heroes--Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Joshua, David, Ezekiel, Daniel, Jonah--are featured in a slim, bright volume. A few lines of text introduce each, only hinting at their full stories, or the meaning of their heroism, or of God's actions regarding them. (This brevity can mislead: a statement that Moses was one of the ``. . . greatest leaders of the ancient world'' only makes sense in a Hebrew-centered context.
